These 90-minute face-to-face workouts blend bodyweight training, calisthenics, mobility drills, animal movement, basic CrossFit, and HIIT. Based in Tokyo, each session is customized to your fitness level, with hands-on correction of form and posture to help you progress safely and effectively. You’ll also receive an illustrated training program to support your independent workouts between sessions.
