Additional fees: except for “biological age kit” all our services do not have shipping or any other additional fee as they are provided online. The item “biological age kit” will be shipped to customers without any shipping cost. 

Exchanges & Returns Policy: 

  1. Online services (nutritional plans, consultations, training programs, online training sessions, full body recomposition program): please contact us through email (healthechlifestyle@gmail.com). We will refund or exchange with new services in the case that our programs have not met the agreed goals between the customer and HealthTech lifestyle. 
  2. Presential personal training sessions: once you have booked a 1on1 training session, you can cancel it through email (healthechlifestyle@gmail.com) until 24 hours before the session has been agreed between you and the trainer and get fully refunded in a period of 48 hours. Please notice that we won’t refund if cancelations occurs after 24 hours of the scheduled session.
  3. Biological age kit: 

Items after shipping: We do not accept returns or exchanges of items after opening. If the item is found defective please contact us through email (healthechlifestyle@gmail.comn). We will refund or exchange with a new kit without shipping coats after we receive the returned kit. 

Delivery times: 

  1. Online services (nutritional plans, online training programs, full body recomposition program). Once payment is confirmed the items will be sent through e-mail or any other provided contact method within 7 days. 
  2. Biological age kit: item will be shipped within 48 hours after payment confirmation. Shipping (only within Japan) usually takes 2-4 days. In total, customers can expect the kit to arrive 4-6 days after payment.

Payment period: 

Credit card payments are processed immediately, while local bank transfers must be sent within 5 days after receiving an invoice.

– Nutrition Plan: ¥30,000

– One-on-one training sessions (90 minutes) : ¥10,000

-Online training sessions (60 minutes): ¥8800 yen.

– Four one-on-one sessions: ¥30,000 (¥10,000 discount)

– One-time payment  for full body recomposition program:  ¥190,000

– 50 minutes consultation (Longevity optimization or body recomposition): ¥10,000
